How does the Revature model work?
Companies come to Revature when they need to hire talent with specific skills, from entry-level to experienced candidates. These companies share their requirements with us, and we create a custom training curriculum to fit their needs. Revature then hires motivated individuals with an aptitude and passion for career growth. Revature trains these associates to become effective employees through an immersive, paid, 8-to-10-week program.

Once training is complete, our newly minted associates are interviewed and selected by our clients.
Where is Revature located?
Our associates train remotely and then work at client offices across the country.
Do I receive a certificate after training?
Some of our training programs include certifications. This varies by technology and the skills our clients are hiring for today.
What will my salary be?
Starting salaries for both entry-level and experienced jobs at Revature are competitive based on industry standards. Compensation including training pay, starting on client projects, and automatic raises are all covered in the application process.
What are the requirements for employment?
The companies we work with will have education and skill requirements for specific projects, but in most cases will not have specific experience requirements. The Revature pathway is often a great fit for those looking to start their career or make a career change.

It’s important to understand that to work for Revature, you need to be open to nationwide relocation because our clients want associates on site to work side-by-side and network with their full-time permanent staff.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

We know that you may have questions about specific requirements, so please feel free to email us at info@revature.com.
