  • The first step in your journey is completing our application. It’s quick and simple—and no prior tech skills are required. Your background in federal work is a strong foundation to build on.
  • We have team members who understand transitions like yours and will help you chart a personalized path into tech. We’ll assess your soft skills and technical abilities to find the best starting point together.
  • Whether you need to build your foundation through our pre-training or if you’re ready to dive into our paid training, this is the first step in starting your tech career.
  • After completing our paid training, work on a project for one of the excellent partners in our network. You’ll earn a salary while you build your portfolio as a fulltime employee.
