Quality of our Talent: from a combination of our proprietary sourcing through PEP and strict graduation requirements (~70%), our engineers graduate with the equivalent of ~1 year of real-world experience.
Our engineers are productive from day 1 before you incur any costs, helping you avoid recruiting, training, and payroll or benefits costs for unproductive time.
For junior talent, it typically takes ~10-12 months for time to productivity between recruiting, onboarding and training. For Revature, from order to productivity it is about ~3 months – and our clients do not incur any costs until our Associates are in billing.
