By submitting your information, you share certain personal information with Revature and, if applicable, the organization that referred you to Revature LLC (“Revature”). Revature collects and processes specific personal data required to communicate with you and to provide you the services available on Revature’s platform which you are seeking to access. Revature is a controller of data under applicable data protection laws and utilizes your data to provide education services and training. Revature collects the following personal data:

· Phone Number
· Email Address
· Resume
· Education History
· Work Experience
· Status of Legal Authorization to Work in the United States
Your personal data will be used to: (1) communicate with you; (2) identify you and your activities within our services and provide a custom user experience; (3) track progress and results from testing and training programs; and (4) share required information with your referring organization so they can obtain feedback about your progress. If you were referred to Revature by one of our partners, we may share the following information with your referring organization:

· Address
· Phone Number
· Email Address
· Resume
· Education History
· Training Progress and Status
· Employment Status (with Revature)
Your personal data may also be shared with (1) third-party software/data-hosting providers who collect, store, and process data on Revature’s behalf; and (2) Revature’s partners who assist Revature in responding to your requests for information about Revature.
Revature does not sell personal information without consent. To the extent that Revature’s sharing personal information as described in this Notice is deemed to be a “sale” under applicable law, you consent to such sale by providing Revature your personal information.
Personal data will only be stored until the purpose for which they were processed has been fulfilled.
