Entry Level Software Engineer

Revature is a rapidly growing technology company that is focused on providing its Fortune 500 clients with the best software engineers in the country. Revature Software Engineers work with some of the top companies in the country, on projects that make a difference.

We are looking for several passionate and ambitious Software Engineers to design, develop and install software solutions. The successful candidate will be able to build and support enterprise level applications in compliance with coding standards and technical design.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of scalable software solutions
  • Execute full lifecycle software development
  • Write well designed, testable code
  • Collaborating with end-users to find innovative solutions to problems
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards
  • Design and modification of company’s digital products
  • Present ideas for system improvements.
  • Solve complex business problems with next gen technologies

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, IS or related field
  • 0-3 years experience
  • Working knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
  • The passion and drive to expand your coding skills
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams
  • Exposure to one of the following: Java, Javascript, C++, CSS
  • Solid foundational knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Ability to relocate anywhere within the US
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
