The Revature Accelerator Program (RAP) is a free, self-paced, online course in programming offered to college seniors that anticipate graduating in the fall/winter of 2022. The course begins September 19th and will take around 8 – 10 months to complete.
About RAP
Whether you’ve been studying programming or are interested in learning about a career in code, RAP will teach you the real world skills you need to launch a career in tech. Best of all, individuals who complete the program have the opportunity to interview for a full-time position with Revature, the largest employer of emerging tech talent in the US.
Enrollment in RAP is free to any college senior anticipating graduation in the fall/winter of 2022. To secure your spot in the course, all you need to do is fill out the form.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program
with an expected graduation in fall/winter 2022. - Dedicate 5-10 hours per week for 8 – 10 weeks to learn online. Complete
all assignments and the final project. - Expect to spend about 100 hours in total to complete the course.
- Work independently as well as in groups on your labs and project.
Upon successful completion of the program, qualified individuals have the opportunity to interview for a job at Revature where you will be paid to complete our training program and placed at one of our Fortune 500 enterprises, government organizations, or top-tier system integrator clients to put your skills to work.

Course Format
In this self-paced program, you will have access to pre-recorded training videos, guides, and coding exercises. The curriculum is appropriate for any experience level, whether you’ve programmed before or are just getting started.
- If you get stuck, need help, or just want to share your thoughts, you can join study groups hosted by our trainers and software developers twice a week. Ask questions about the material, watch live explanations and debugging of the labs.
- The study groups are free and are a great way to learn and interact with our experts. You will also have access to a discord chat server with our trainers where you can ask questions, post code samples, and collaborate with others.
- Post questions in our Q&A forum for our trainers to answer.
- This course is designed to be flexible and fit into your schedule. Learn online at your own pace when you have time and get help form our trainers when you need it.
